CellCard or Mobitel (AKA CamGSM) is a biggest mobile provider in Cambodia. He stays here in Cambodia since 1997 and provide many loyalty services to his clients.

Smart Mobile is a new company, founded by Latelz Co., Ltd. but keep growing very fast as I can see that this company keep giving sponsoring to many social events in Cambodia.

There are 9 mobile providers currently in Cambodia but only these two mobile providers provide a great gateway for SMS service to communicate with Twitter and facebook.

I tested with my mobitel (cellcard), it charged me only 3c per SMS message as standard SMS.

Smart & CellCard provide services to facebook & twitter

Before you can use the service, you need to configure your facebook or twitter account for each provider.

Go to your account settings and confirm your number via SMS you will get them work correctly.

Twitter

You can activate and use the service via following number

• CellCard with number 40404
• Smart Mobile with number 40404

Facebook

You can activate and use the service via following number

• CellCard with number 32665
• Smart Mobile with number 32665

After activation, you just need to SMS any where in Cambodia to above number, so you still communicate to all friends in those social networks.
