Thursday June 9th, 2011 | 3 Comments I just mentioned few months ago about the dead of IPv4 by end of this year, but now the campaign to promote IPv6 is starting. Opened the WordPress.com today, found a news on World IPv6 Day spotted on 8th of June with an interesting plans: This is not the end. Once we have native IPv6 connectivity, we are planning to roll out IPv6 connectivity for all sites on WordPress.com, and maybe all Automattic sites as well. Stay tuned for more IPv6 announcements… Please find detail on the campaign website: http://www.worldipv6day.org/ World IPv6 Day We have no choice, we just need to step forward to the future and I do not believe that the world will be end in 2012 as well 😉 Welcome to IPv6! So all ISPs need to have a new infrastructure to welcome IPv6 in a short future.
